JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd – Booking Terms and Conditions / 预订条款与条件

1. Introduction / 前言

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with them. These terms and conditions apply to bookings made with JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether in person, by phone, or via email. The person making the booking will be deemed to have the authority to act on behalf of all travellers and will bind all travellers to these terms and conditions.

请仔细阅读以下条款与条件。除非您完全理解并同意，否则请勿进行任何预订。本条款适用于您通过 JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd（以下简称“我们”）以面对面、电话或电子邮件方式所做的所有预订。预订人被视为已获授权代表所有旅客行事，并使所有旅客受本条款约束。

2. Service Commitment / 服务承诺

JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd commits to providing travel services with reasonable care, skill, and within a reasonable time, fit for the purpose described, and charged at a fair price.

我们承诺以合理的技能和谨慎提供旅行服务，价格公允、用途适当、时限合理。

3. Agency / 代理关系

We act as an agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. We are not the service provider and have no control over their operations. All bookings are made subject to each supplier’s own terms and conditions. Your legal rights lie with the service provider, not with us, except where the issue arises from our own fault.

我们作为代理，为航空公司、酒店、地接社及其他供应商代理销售旅行产品。我们不是服务提供者，对供应商的运营不承担控制或责任。所有预订均受各供应商自身条款约束。

4. Prices / 价格

All prices are subject to change and availability. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been made. External factors such as exchange rates, fuel surcharges, and taxes may cause price variations.

所有价格可能因汇率、燃油附加费、税费等因素变动，只有在您全额付款后方能保证价格。

5. Deposits / 订金

Deposits(20% of full price) are required to confirm bookings and are non-refundable if cancelled by you.

确认预订需支付订金百分之二十。若您取消，订金不予退还。

6. Final Payment / 尾款支付

Full payment is due no later than six (6) weeks before departure unless otherwise stated.

除特别说明外，出发前六周须付清余款。

7. Payments / 付款方式

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Bank transfers must be completed at least 24 hours before the final payment due date.

可使用银行转账付款。银行转账须提前至少 24 小时完成。

8. Amendment and Cancellation Fees / 修改与取消费用

Changes or cancellations may incur fees from both JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd and the service providers. Some bookings may be non-refundable. You agree to indemnify us for any cancellation or amendment fees charged by suppliers.

更改或取消可能产生我们及供应商的费用，部分预订不可退款。若因此产生任何费用，您需承担相应赔偿责任。

9. Travel Insurance / 旅行保险

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, repatriation, and personal effects.

强烈建议购买全面旅行保险，涵盖医疗、取消、遣返、行李及个人财产等。

10. Travel Documentation / 旅行文件

It is your responsibility to check that all travel documents (tickets, visas, vouchers, etc.) are accurate. Errors in traveller names, dates, or other details may result in booking cancellation.

请仔细核对机票、签证、酒店凭证等文件的准确性。如有姓名或日期错误，可能导致无法出行。

11. Taxes / 税费

Local and international taxes may apply and are subject to change.

各国可能征收不同税费，且可随时变动。

12. Passports & Visas / 护照与签证

Travellers must hold valid passports (with at least six months’ validity) and obtain all necessary visas. We can assist with general visa advice but accept no liability for any denial of entry.

旅客须持有效护照（至少六个月有效期）及必要签证。我们可提供签证一般咨询，但不对入境被拒承担责任。

13. Travel Advice / 旅行建议

Please consult the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (www.safetravel.govt.nz) for up-to-date travel advisories.

请参考新西兰外交与贸易部网站 www.safetravel.govt.nz 获取最新旅行安全信息。

14. Health / 健康要求

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the health requirements of your travel destination, including vaccinations and health declarations.

请确保符合目的地健康及防疫要求，并携带必要健康证明。

15. Refunds / 退款

Refunds (if applicable) can only be processed once funds are received back from the relevant supplier. Processing may take up to six weeks.

如符合条件，退款将在供应商返款后处理，通常需 6 周左右。

16. Liability / 责任限制

To the extent permitted by law, JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

在法律允许范围内，JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd 对因第三方服务或不可控事件导致的损失、延误或费用不承担责任。

17. Governing Law / 适用法律

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

本条款受新西兰法律管辖，并由新西兰法院专属管辖。

18. Force Majeure / 不可抗力（含疫情与边境关闭）

JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, border closures, government travel restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or any other force majeure event.

如因疫情、边境关闭、政府旅行限制、自然灾害、罢工、战争等超出我们控制范围的事件导致延误或取消，我们不承担责任。

19. Assignment / 权益转让

No party may assign rights under this agreement to any third party.

本协议项下的任何权利不得转让给第三方。

20. Entire Agreement & Variation / 完整协议与修改

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd. Any variation must be in writing and signed by both parties.

本条款构成双方完整协议，任何修改须经双方书面签署。

21. Signatory Authority / 授权签署

The person signing on behalf of the client confirms they are authorised to do so and agrees to indemnify JoyFun Tourism NZ Ltd for any losses arising from lack of authority.

代表客户签署本条款的人确认其具有授权，否则须对因此造成的损失负责。
